Australian Thomas A. Bowen (1916-1982) developed this holistic therapy. By means of gentle, rolling moves over fascia, muscles, connective tissue, ligaments and tendons, impulses are given to stimulate the self-regulation of the body and the mind.
Sequences of moves and pauses alternate so that the body can process the impulses. If required, the moves can be made over light clothing and/or in a sitting position.
TBT is suitable for people regardless their age and/or constitution. Most people experience a deep relaxation during a consultation.
